  • Search for truffles with a professional truffle hunter and his dogs in the forest as he sniffs about and experience the surge of excitement as he starts digging for these edible treasures

  • Learn to recognize different truffles and their harvest times

  • Tour the Citta Sotterranea located under the noble palaces in the historic center of Montepulciano which is now being used as an aging cellar for Ercolani’s Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG and Vin Santo di Montepulciano DOC wines in oak barrels
